We’re known for integrity, craftsmanship, and peace of mind for our customers.Position Summary:We’re looking for a dependable, skilled, and motivated Well Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair water well systems. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and helping people get reliable water, this is the job for you.Responsibilities:· Install, troubleshoot, and repair well pumps and pressure tanks· Perform water testing and inspections· Maintain tools, vehicles, and job documentation· Interact professionally with homeowners and site contractors· Work both independently and with a teamQualifications:· Experience with water wells, pumps, plumbing, or electrical systems preferred· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record· comfortable working outdoors· Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying conditions· Indiana Well Pump installers license not required but preferred.· Must be able to pass a Background, Driving, & Drug Screening
