Qualifications
Job Requirements
- MUST HAVE IN-HOME SALES EXPERIENCE!
- Understand and be able to teach value-added selling.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead
- Must be able to climb and work on ladders
Responsibilities
Job Duties (including but not limited to):
Coach current teams, between offices across Indiana & Illinois, effective communication, and sales process.
Lead by example - using the process and methods taught.
