Responsibilities- Engage with residential customers to assess their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform on-site assessments and basic service, troubleshooting, and repair of residential HVAC equipment as needed
- Clearly explain product options and benefits to customers in an accessible manner
- Process sales agreements and related paperwork accurately
- Coordinate job scheduling and payment with customers
- Generate and follow up on leads, both company-provided and self-generated, to drive business growth
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times
- Understanding of residential HVAC system operation
- Ability to troubleshoot and communicate basic error codes
- At least 1 year of prior field experience in HVAC or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to build strong customer relationships
- Ability to explain technical information in clear, layman's terms
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
$70,000 – $125,000 per year, with uncapped incentives and spiffs. Compensation is based on experience and performance.
