A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
In order to properly diagnose equipment and explain solutions to customers, you use your strong industry-related knowledge, experience, and troubleshooting skills as an Experienced Service Technician. You work hard to make sure that each sale is more than just a sale, but a process that the client is involved in from beginning to end.
You easily and clearly communicate every detail from on-site job design to making sure that the installers have what they need to work efficiently. With your exceptional communication skills, personable demeanor, technical skillset, and selling savvy, it's easy for you to close sales and exceed company closing rates and selling averages. while meeting client needs. QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years residential HVAC and on call experience
- The ability to troubleshoot heating and air conditioning equipment/systems, complete job-related tasks in crawl spaces and attics (when needed), and participate in an on-call rotation
- Excellent sales and communication skills
