- Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and equipment startups
- Service rooftop units, boilers, VRF systems, VAV equipment, split systems, and HVAC controls
- Diagnose refrigeration, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic control problems
- Read blueprints and wiring schematics
- Complete detailed service reports
- Maintain professional customer relationships
- Follow all safety policies and company procedures
- At least three years of commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- NATE certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, controls, and commercial HVAC equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
