Summers McDonnell Hudock Guthrie & Rauch, P.C. (Pittsburgh office) is seeking a Litigation Attorney and a Workers’ Compensation Attorney with 0–10 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will be capable of managing litigation matters from initial pleadings through trial. As a primarily defense-oriented firm, we handle auto, homeowners, workers’ compensation, municipal, and other civil litigation matters.

Responsibilities
- Manage an active caseload
- Attend and conduct depositions
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Qualifications
- Member of the Pennsylvania Bar
- Admission to Federal Court is a plus
