Job Description:
The Director is the on-site lead administrator for the 2026 Summer Learning Program.
- Administrator credentials preferred
- Previous experience as a Summer Program Director preferred
- Conducts classroom observations and provides leadership with teachers concerning instructional programs
- Family Communication
- Transportation Coordination
- Food Service Coordination
- Coordinate with Human Resources to recommend hiring of staff
- Prepares weekly attendance reports
- Maintains a positive school climate and culture of character within the schools
- Holds staff meeting to prepare summer school staff
- Identifies causes of classroom behavior and works to correct them utilizing all available resources
- Secures substitute teachers as needed
