Overview
We are looking for a supportive and energetic GSRP Associate Teacher/Aide to assist the Lead Teacher in providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate preschool environment.
Responsibilities
- Support instruction during small group, large group, and center time.
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, meals, and supervision.
- Help prepare materials and maintain an organized classroom.
- Contribute to child observations and documentation.
- Promote positive behavior and social-emotional development.
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and program team.
Qualifications
- CDA or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or willingness to obtain CDA within required time frame.
- Experience working with young children preferred.
- Reliable, patient, and team oriented.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
