What You’ll Do
- Provide haircuts, styling, color, and other hair services within your training and expertise.
- Conduct thoughtful consultations, set realistic expectations, and recommend services that suit each client’s needs.
- Help clients maintain their results through home-care education, product recommendations, and rebooking.
- Maintain sanitation standards and keep your workstation organized.
- Manage appointment timing and communicate promptly about delays or service concerns.
- Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming, consistent guest experience.
Who We’re Looking For
- An active Pennsylvania cosmetology license.
- Strong technical skills and a commitment to continued learning.
- Excellent listening skills and a genuine interest in client satisfaction.
- Professional judgment when handling feedback, client concerns, or a busy schedule.
