Keystone Powdered Metal Company, a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is looking for a full-time Production Supervisor who will be working in our St. Marys, PA location. This person will report to the Manager of Primary Operations and will work on day shift on our 3x3 schedule, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of his/her cost centers.
- Actively participate in the training and evaluation of his/her employees.
- Provide daily and shift-to-shift communications.
- Conduct performance reviews of employees.
- Responsible for monitoring the quality and performance objectives of their departments.
- Develop and write procedures.
- Ensure that all employees under their direction are informed of and adhere to all pertinent company rules, policies and regulations and obtain interpretations when necessary.
- Administer details of the labor agreement between the company and Local 502.
- Recommends equipment and manpower needs along with providing input on continuous process improvement projects.
- Administers company safety and related programs as it applies to their departments. Ensures that the necessary action is taken to prevent injury and loss.
- Delegates to their employees the responsibility and the authority necessary for the departments to function efficiently and effectively.
- Exhibit good people skills and supervisory experience.
- Thorough understanding of powdered metal process.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to comprehend procedures, process documents and work instructions.
