Position Summary
We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Digital Marketing Strategist with a focus on Digital Experience to join our agency. In this role, you will be the lead strategist on selected client accounts crafting data-driven omni-channel strategies and overseeing their implementation and optimization with our vision of creating top-notch digital experiences for our clients. Your goal will be to create a best-in-class digital experience for our clients’ customers, with a focus on customer retention. In this role, you will act as a lead strategist to internal and client marketing and cross-functional teams, guiding the development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategy, including channels such as website, landing page, email, SMS, app.
What you’ll do:
- Being in direct client contact as the lead strategist on selected client accounts
- Conducting market, target audience and competitor research
- Auditing existing marketing campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness
- Planning and co-leading human-centric strategy workshops on client site and online
- Utilizing proven methods like customer journey mapping, persona building and empathy mapping, customer segmentation etc.
- Building omni-channel strategies including all relevant marketing channels
- Overseeing channel-level implementation of strategies for email, sms, landing pages, website, apps, social media, paid media etc.
- Planning and overseeing meaningful A/B tests
- Analyzing campaign metrics and suggesting optimizations for ongoing campaigns accordingly
- Creating and delivering regular report presentations
Integrated Digital Marketing Strategy & Vision:
- Ensure digital marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and analytics, to ensure alignment and drive execution of strategic initiatives
- Create unified omni-channel campaigns that provide consistent messaging and experiences across digital platforms, improving engagement and conversion
- Monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization, refining targeting, messaging, and creative assets based on audience behavior and preferences to maximize ROI and drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
Customer Experience Improvement & Optimization:
- Develop a deep understanding of the target customers, their behaviors and purchase journeys
- Manage optimization of digital platforms to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience that enhances customer satisfaction, reduces friction points in the user journey, and increases conversion rates.
- Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights, in partnership with the CRM & Data Analytics teams, to implement personalization strategies across digital touchpoints, delivering tailored content, product recommendations, and offers to individual users and customer segments to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, exploring opportunities to innovate and differentiate our brand in the digital landscape, helping to position our clients at the forefront of digital innovation and drive a competitive advantage in the market.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage data analytics and insights to drive decision-making across digital initiatives, analyzing KPIs, customer behavior, and market trends, to identify optimization opportunities, iterate on strategies, and measure impact of digital investments.
Who you are:
- Degree in Marketing Management, Advertising, Communications, or similar field
- Proven work experience of 5 years as a digital marketing strategist
- Past experience working with US based mid-sized and enterprise clients
- Client ownership/client engagement experience
- Preferred: past client experience in healthcare, education or finance sector
- Knowledge of CX
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Familiarity with common email automation software and CRMs
- Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Excellent research, strategy, and copyediting abilities
- Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and meet multiple large-scale project deadlines simultaneously
