Managing Projects
- Manage multiple projects/timelines simultaneously, while recognizing dynamic and shifting priorities, and adjusting schedules and deliverables accordingly
- Refine project management tools and leverage to track status
- Act as the main contact for solids reduction products from PO (supporting sales team) to shipments and everything in between
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
- Understanding of project specifications in order to act as an advocate for customer and JWC
- Drive issues to resolution through creative problem solving, effective communication and holding people accountable
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
- Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Assist customer follow up on outstanding submittals / estimated ship date for waterfall report
- Assist schedule release with customer and production planner
- Main point of contact for our external customers
- Notify customer on shipment if schedules have deviated from original dates or issues

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
