Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive new hire rotational programs that align with organizational objectives and provide participants with structured learning experiences.
- Internship program: establish program and enhance for growth throughout the region and product lines.
- Work closely with department managers and HR to define program goals, identify skill gaps, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding to integrate interns and new hire rotational employees effectively.
- Manage all logistical aspects of the programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, coordinating with volunteers, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and assess program effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
- Assist the Training Program Manager in developing and implementing training strategies that align with organizational goals including but not limited to developing e-learning content, maintaining training calendars, and developing procedures.
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate entry and upkeep of training records, course schedules, and participant data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Program Coordinator or similar role, with a track record of coordinating comprehensive internship and rotational programs in a corporate environment.
- 3–5 years of experience in training and development, program coordinator, or a similar role.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines, logistics, and multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, managers, and external partners.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Familiarity with instructional design theory and adult learning principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
