Reports To
Service Center Manager
Essential Functions
- Review work scopes and time estimates, ensuring efficient job execution
- Maintain direct customer contact and address needs
- Provide technical coaching and problem-solving support to craftsmen
- Ensure adherence to SEMS procedures, OEM, and customer specifications
- Manage resources, quality, and safety on the shop floor
- Conduct performance reviews and provide employee coaching
- Ensure craftsmen have necessary resources for safe and efficient work
- Support employees in setting and achieving performance and career development goals
- Coordinate on-the-job training, mentoring, and technical development opportunities
- 5 years of Electro-Mechanical repair experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Available for 10-hour workdays (Mon-Fri) with weekend on-call duties on a rotating basis
- Skilled in identifying nonconformance issues and driving corrective actions
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Sales, Operations, and Support teams
