Job Summary:

Our Cannabis Technicians are essential in crafting premium items, from hand-rolled blunts to packaged products. This entry-level role involves various aspects of cannabis production and requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand Rolling & Knock Boxing: Assist in rolling and finishing blunts to ensure consistent quality.
- General Processing: Prepare and process cannabis products according to company standards.
- Filling Cartridges: Accurately fill vape cartridges with cannabis oil in a clean, efficient manner.
- Packaging & Labeling: Ensure all products are packaged securely and labeled correctly in compliance with Massachusetts cannabis regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old, per state cannabis regulations.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow safety and compliance protocols strictly.
- Comfortable with early bird hours, starting at 7 a.m.

All new hires start as Level One Technicians, with clear goals and expectations for each level. Monthly performance reviews offer consistent feedback, and employees demonstrating excellence and initiative can move up to Level Two and Three Technician roles or explore management paths.
