Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our fast-casual restaurant team. This role includes taking orders, serving food, and keeping the dining area clean while providing excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
- Take orders and process payments accurately using POS
- Greet guests, answer questions, and provide menu guidance
- Serve food to tables and clear/clean dining areas
- Package takeout orders and help run food during busy times
- Restock guest items (condiments, utensils, beverages, etc.)
- Assist with light food prep and maintain cleanliness
- Handle phone orders and general inquiries
Qualifications
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills; bilingual is a plus
- Team player with strong attention to detail
