Provides support for daily testing center operations, testing administration, and departmental programming.Essential Job FunctionsOrder from most to least performed duties.Responsible for administering and proctoring examinations including, but not limited to, TSIA2, CLEP, Pearson VUE, DSST, ATI TEAS, and accommodated testing. Verifies examinee identification and maintains testing security and integrity. Monitors testing sessions and reports any testing irregularities. Assists students, faculty, staff, and community members with scheduling, registration, and testing-related inquiriesPrepares testing rooms, materials, and equipment for testing sessions. Maintains testing records and documentation.Assists with accommodated testing services.Supports orientation testing sessions and special testing events. assists with Career Services events, career fairs, employer engagement activities, workshops, and student programming as department needs require. Performs miscellaneous duties and services as requested or assigned by the Director of Career Services and Testing. Other duties may be assigned to this position on a regular or occasional basis to respond to the needs of the university. Physical Requirements: This position typically works in an office environment, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while using a computer. Clear verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting with colleagues and employees.
