Primary responsibilities include the following:Teaching a 4-4 course load of face-to-face, hybrid, and online undergraduate and occasional graduate courses.Courses include British literature surveys, Shakespeare, other literature courses, as well as composition.Advising students and mentoring English majors' activities and organizations.Scholarly research and publication.Participating in curriculum development and assessment.Engaging in service to the department, college, and university, and community.Position is security sensitive.Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others; must exercise due caution and practice safe work habits at all times.
