About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable systems, playbooks, and processes that turn early traction into repeatable, metrics-driven execution.
- Partner deeply with product and engineering to translate real customer pain into workflows, requirements, and product improvements.
- Act as a technical thought partner, pressure-testing edge cases, shaping agent behavior, and holding AI output to clinical and operational quality bars.
- Stay close to customers, especially clinicians, using feedback, data, and rapid iteration to continuously refine workflows.
Hard Requirements
- Previous technical Founder or early founding-team experience scaling a SaaS or agentic AI product from zero to meaningful traction.
- Strong technical fluency and judgment. You can reason about systems, constraints, and failure modes alongside engineers.
- Proven ability to operate cross-functionally across engineering, product, and go-to-market.
- A track record of outlier execution in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.
