We are seeking a skilled Metal Folding Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating metal folding machinery to precisely shape sheet metal components according to detailed specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience with various fabrication tools and techniques. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality livestock equipment and demonstrate expertise in metal fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate metal folding machines, including press brake equipment, to bend sheet metal accurately based on technical drawings and blueprints.
- Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions during production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols involving cranes, forklifts, and other machinery.
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
