Sullivan’s Healthcare is a long-term care (LTC), closed-door pharmacy seeking a full-time team member for our Fulfillment Department.

- Active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license required
What You’ll Do
- Trains, leads and serves as a resource to other Fulfillment Technicians. Supports pharmacy management by assisting in daily operational workflow and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and resources are available to meet business needs.
- Rotate and work within assigned pharmacy workstations based on pharmacy needs, to safely and accurately fill resident prescriptions
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Operations Manager & Pharmacy Technician Manager on the scheduling for Fulfillment Technician staff to ensure adequate coverage for workflow while minimizing overtime time as appropriate.
- Prioritize and assign workflow to each Fulfillment Technician. Monitor both productivity and accuracy.
- Communicate inventory needs to Purchasing/Inventory Technician to ensure adequate supply of medication available to complete all orders

- Experience in pharmacy or healthcare is a plus
- CPhT certification is a plus
