Service Writer/Advisor – RV & Travel Trailer Expertise Preferred
Are you passionate about RVs and travel trailers? Do you have a knack for organization, customer service, and problem-solving? We're looking for a Service Writer/Advisor to join our team!
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of RVs & Travel Trailers – Prior experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. A basic understanding of how they function and common defects is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with data entry, Excel, and ERP systems is ideal. Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate software programs are required.
- Customer-Focused – You’ll work closely with RV owners, ensuring their service concerns are thoroughly understood and documented clearly.
- Hands-On – Must be able to lift and set up a 12-foot ladder for RV roof inspections.
- Professionalism – Business casual attire is required.
- Team Player & Self-Starter – You’ll share office space with the lead service coordinator and should be comfortable in a collaborative environment.
