Duties
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services to deliver great products, or perform merchandising tasks efficiently and safely
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable sales transactions
- Perform heavy lifting when handling merchandise or supplies, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions.
- Utilize strong communication skills to clearly explain product features, answer questions, and resolve customer concerns
- Teach vehicle responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays and ensuring product placement aligns with company standards and work shows.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by building rapport, listening actively, and providing personalized solutions
Experience
- Previous experience in RV sales or customer service roles is highly preferred
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and upselling techniques enhances effectiveness in this role

- Familiarity with merchandising practices helps in maintaining appealing product displays and offer display ideas.
