Sullivan Lawn Service LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team. As part of our crew, you’ll work on residential and commercial properties providing lawn care, landscape maintenance, and installation services — with snow plowing work available in the winter. We focus on delivering high-quality, chemical-free landscaping services with a professional approach.
Responsibilities:
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns using commercial equipment
- Perform spring/fall cleanups, mulching, pruning, and general landscape maintenance
- Install or maintain landscaping features such as plants, flower beds, and hardscape materials
- Operate trucks and trailers to transport equipment and materials safely
- Use hand tools and powered landscaping equipment efficiently
- Perform snow plowing and shoveling duties in the winter season
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Work well with other crew members and follow instructions from supervisors
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving dump trucks and towing trailers is required
- Landscaping or outdoor labor experience (2 years preferred)
- Basic knowledge of commercial lawn equipment and tools
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
- Experience with snow plowing or winter storm response is a plus
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and a solid work ethic
Schedule & Pay:
- Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (may vary by season or job)
- Competitive hourly pay: $18–$23/hr depending on experience and skillset
- Overtime and weekend work available during peak seasons
- Winter snow plowing work may include early morning or overnight hours
