What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform landscape maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, pruning, planting, weeding
- Work alongside our specialty crew on hardscaping, masonry, plant design, and full-yard transformations
- Operate and maintain a variety of landscape equipment
- Collaborate with teammates to get projects done efficiently and beautifully
- Interact professionally with customers, addressing questions or concerns
- Keep worksites clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license & willingness to drive a truck with a trailer
- Able to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
- Prior landscaping experience preferred but not required – we train on the job!
- Dependable, motivated, and proud to do excellent work
- Skills in hardscaping, masonry, machine operation, pruning, mulching, and mowing are a big plus
