As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, focusing on the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, promoting comfort and independence.
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, to ensure accurate patient data.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families, fostering a sense of community and care.
Assist with medical documentation and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless communication among healthcare teams.
Support patients with mobility needs, including safe transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs, promoting independence and safety.
Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols, prioritizing patient health and well-being.
Engage in specialized care in settings such as hospice care, behavioral health units, or pediatrics, demonstrating adaptability and expertise.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement patient care plans effectively, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
Experience
Familiarity with medical documentation systems is advantageous.
Experience in specialized areas such as memory care or hospice care is beneficial.
