Guest Experience Assistant – Garden Gables

About the Role
Garden Gables — part of the Sullivan Capital hospitality collection alongside The Coach House (Salem, MA) and The Highliner (Gloucester, MA) — is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant to support weekend operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience at our newly reimagined Lenox property. This part-time position is ideal for someone looking to grow within boutique hospitality. You’ll assist the on-site management team with weekend coordination, guest communication, and property oversight, while helping maintain the elevated standards that define our collection.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with weekend guest arrivals, check-ins, and departures, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Support cleaning staff with turnover readiness, restocking, and room inspections.
- Monitor property presentation and communicate any maintenance or operational needs.
- Coordinate with weekday management to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent guest service.
- Step in for occasional weekday or holiday coverage when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or a related customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using remote door access control, Mews, Breezeway, Stripe, and internal applications.
- Must live within the Berkshires or within a 30-minute commute of Lenox, MA.
- Availability on weekends, with occasional flexibility during the week.
