Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Litigation Paralegal position. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research and fact investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, and ensuring the efficient handling of case files. The role requires strict attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with attorneys and clients to support litigation processes.
Qualifications
- Skilled in Legal Research to support litigation and case strategies
- Experience in drafting Pleadings and Motions
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
- Lawsuit experience or familiarity with corporate/commercial litigation is a plus
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
