- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously
- Support the restaurant team during busy periods by managing guest flow effectively
Experience
- Previous Host/Host experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Experience in hospitality, guest services, serving, or hotel operations is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, including clear speaking and attentive listening
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential
