Sukhino Float & Wellness has TWO locations, and this position will rotate between both of them. Sukhino Float Center & Salt Cave is located at 802 E. Market Street, in the lowest level of the Kula Center in New Albany, IN, and Sukhino Express Wellness is only a half mile away at 137 E. Market Street.
Our team members work part-time or full-time (12-38 hours per week across 3-5 shifts), and are eager to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. We are open 6 days a week, and shift times vary, depending on the day and location. Shift times could be any of the following: 9-3:30, 9-5, 10-6, 3-8:30, 3:45-8. For this opening, you must be available for evening shifts, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We are not a seasonal business and do not hire seasonal team members.
You must be passionate about holistic wellness, self-care, and helping others feel their very best. Ideally, you’re already well-versed in the benefits of at least some of our services: float therapy, halotherapy, red light therapy, massage chairs, vibroacoustic therapy, and infrared therapy.

Responsibilities
- Sharing information about our services with our guests
- Cleaning the facilities and preparing for guests
- Checking guests in and out before and after their services
- Answering the phone and helping guests with questions
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining awareness of multiple situations at once
- Responding to inquiries about our services
- Selling products and service packages in person and over the phone
- Washing and folding laundry and washing dishes
- Anticipating the guest's next need
- Having meaningful conversations with our guests in order to offer packages or memberships that fit their needs
Desired Skills
- Attention to detail - specifically when cleaning and preparing our space for guests, as well as when using our online client management and booking software to record notes and set up appointments
- Excellent people skills - ability to answer questions, handle challenging situations, and create a warm and welcoming environment, as well as reading body language and helping to ease concerns or answer questions
- Comfort with using technology - from tablets to computers to apps that we use to manage and operate the center. We use gadgets and gizmos everywhere!
- Consultative sales - understand our guests' needs in and confidently ask if they'd like to purchase a package to return
