Position Summary
As a Leasing Agent with Suite Liv’n LLC, you play a critical role in driving occupancy, leasing activity, targeted marketing, and delivering exceptional customer service to prospects and applicants. You will work closely with the Community Manager and broader site team to ensure vacant units are leased quickly and efficiently. Your focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and professionalism sets the tone for a positive first impression and long-term resident satisfaction. This individual plays a key role in continued operational success and driving acceptable occupancy/leasing levels all while upholding company core GRACIE values: Gratitude, Results, Accountability, Communication, Integrity, and Energy.
Organizational Accountability
This is a Full-time, Non-exempt hourly position requiring a minimum of 40 hours a week. OT may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Typical work schedule is Monday- Friday with some weekends and evenings as necessary to meet business needs. This may include, but not limited to, lease-up events, tours, and resident Move-ins. You will report directly to the community manager on site each day.
Working/Physical Requirements:
Standard office and residential property environment; must be comfortable walking units, climbing stairs, and working both indoors and outdoors as needed. Occasional travel to nearby properties or Suite Liv'n events may be requested. Ability to move and lift up to 20 lbs.
Technology and Position qualifications:
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including prospective residents, vendors, and internal team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously to be able to meet company goals and deadlines
- Proficient in using property management software (Yardi preferred) to enter, track, and report leasing activity and prospect communication
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records for applications, appointments, and unit availability
- Must work collaboratively with maintenance team and management to coordinate unit readiness and ensure smooth move-ins
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email etiquette
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or leasing is strongly preferred
Requirements of Applicant
- Must have valid Drivers license
- Must pass background check, credit check, and pre-employment drug screening

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
