This is an on-site position for multi-family housing and rental units in Marshall, MN.**
Position Overview:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in our communities. This includes cleaning common areas, preparing units for new residents, and supporting site cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in creating a positive living experience. Organizational Accountability:
This is a Full time, Hourly Non-Exempt on-site position reporting directly to the Community Manager. The housekeeper will work in collaboration with the maintenance team, leasing team and interact daily with residents. Your position in a full time capacity requires you to commit to a 40 hour work week schedule and may require overtime depending on organizational needs.
Systems & Site Oversight
- Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, offices, and stairwells.
- Sanitize high-touch areas and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Prepare units for new residents by deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and floors following the cleaning checklist.
Resident Interaction
- Maintain a courteous presence in shared spaces.
- Respect residents’ homes and minimize disruption when cleaning.
Ancillary Duties:
Due to the nature of this role, you may be required to assist with additional projects such as seasonal projects that can include deep cleaning, event setup, and groundskeeping depending on the nature of the event and company needs.

Requirements of Applicant:
- Must have valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Must pass pre-employment background check, credit check and drug screening
- Must have reliable vehicle
- Must be able to communicate via phone, text messaging, video calls, etc.
Pre-requisite Experience:
Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred. Must be able to use common cleaning tools and products safely. Ability to lift up to 30lbs and perform repetitive tasks, including bending and standing for extended periods of time.
Technology Competency:
Basic understanding of mobile work order systems is preferred. Ability to check and communicate with company provided email and use Zoom app for communication needs. Must be able to read and follow instructions and cleaning schedules.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
