Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for an Infusion Nurse based in Lowell, MA. The Infusion Nurse will be responsible for administering infusion therapies, monitoring patient conditions, and providing compassionate, patient-focused care. Other responsibilities include preparing and maintaining necessary documentation, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best treatment outcomes, and educating patients about their treatment plans and post-infusion care.
Qualifications
- Registered Nursing (RN) certification with expertise in administering various infusion therapies
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
- Experience with Home Infusion services and Direct Patient Care
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a patient-centered approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment with attention to detail
- Current CPR certification and familiarity with IV insertion and monitoring techniques
- Previous experience in an infusion center or similar healthcare setting is a plus
