We specialize in vascular access and IV therapy management for chronically ill adolescent and adult patients—delivering high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.
Our highly experienced infusion nurses administer a wide range of intravenous therapies. We are currently expanding our Home Infusion Nursing Team and seeking skilled, compassionate Registered Nurses who are passionate about patient-centered care.

Position Overview
As a Home Infusion RN, you will provide independent, high-quality infusion care to patients in their homes. This role is ideal for nurses with strong IV skills who value autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform peripheral IV insertions and manage central lines
- Administer prescribed infusion therapies safely and accurately
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide education
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with pharmacies and clinical leadership
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in MA
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong IV insertion skills and central line experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Professional liability insurance
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes throughout Massachusetts
- Personal laptop or tablet with intermediate computer proficiency
Emergency department or critical care experience preferred but not required.
