Duties:
- Become a key part of our recruiting process! Help post new positions, on-board applicants, coordinate training and host new hire orientation.
- Ensure our employees are utilizing benefits to the fullest, which includes assisting with fielding questions regarding 401(k), health benefits, and more.

Qualifications:
- BA or AA degree preferred, in Human Resources or Business-Related Field. Equivalent work experience in Human Resources or similar field, minimum 2 years, will also fulfill this requirement.
- Must be an excellent communicator, with good listening skills, and able to build strong relationships with fellow employees.
- Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation needed as this position requires travel to various Hilo-based locations.
