About The Position

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate examples where they have gone beyond to help their clients or colleagues, and demonstrated experience building and retaining a portfolio of clients. This candidate is ready to launch their career in a partner model where they are responsible for driving growth and retention of clients, while all expenses for running the business are covered. Required Skills

• Active Cosmetology, Esthetics or Lash Extension license from the state of Texas
• 1 experience in Lash extension services
• Customer service focused, cares for clients and builds strong relationships
• Reliable transportation & strong work ethic
• Proactive ownership of the business, to promote the brand and grow the business
• Works with minimal supervision, and learns processes quickly
• Open to feedback to foster growth

Responsibilities:

• Provide lash extension services, brow tinting and lamination. Experience with Brow extensions a plus.
• Provide facial services as needed (training available)
• Sell lash and skincare products to clients
• Establish client relationships and secure pre-bookings.
• Manage calendar and bookings, and actively chase and promote leads.
• Exceed industry sanitation and cleaning standards at all times.
• Help maintain a pristine, clean and inviting studio treatment room and environment.
• Create new clientele through studio referral programs, and ensure clients are leaving reviews.
• Create content about the studio and differentiators for studio marketing channels.
• Work with influencers to promote the studio brand and image.
• Sell the brand and grow client portfolio
