Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Esthetician role based in West Hollywood, CA. The Esthetician will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair removal services using sugaring techniques, providing guidance on skincare routines, and recommending appropriate products to clients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming and professional environment, offering exceptional customer service, and supporting the team in achieving sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hair Removal techniques, including sugaring, with a valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Skin Care and Cosmetology practices
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and welcoming client experience
- Ability to support sales efforts by recommending products and services tailored to client needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Passion for sustainability and wellness in beauty practices is a plus
- Previous experience in an esthetician or cosmetology role is preferred
