Schedule Expectations

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the kennel, boarding, and daycare facilities
- Hire, train, coach, and supervise kennel team members
- Develop and manage employee schedules
- Establish, implement, and enforce kennel policies and procedures
- Ensure all kennels, runs, and common areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition
- Monitor and ensure proper feeding, exercise, enrichment, and overall care of all animals
- Observe and assess animal behavior to promote a safe environment for pets and staff
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client communication
- Support hospital leadership in creating a positive and productive team culture
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Experienced candidates may start at $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth based on performance and leadership ability.
Qualifications
While a degree or formal certification is not required, candidates must have substantial professional experience working with animals.
