Position Summary

Join our team in a leadership role as the Processing Maintenance Owner, where you’ll drive mechanical reliability and tackle advanced troubleshooting for processing systems. You’ll lead preventive maintenance programs, support PLC and automation diagnostics, and champion equipment upgrades and installations. The Processing Maintenance Owner is the technical lead for processing equipment, with a focus on mechanical reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own reliability and maintenance strategy for processing assets
  • M&R costs, % planned maintenance, pm completion %, “Defect Fixed” standard.
• Perform advanced mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
• Support PLC and automation troubleshooting as required
• Lead preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts
  • Breakdown elimination and standard reporting
• Develop maintenance documentation and training materials
• Support equipment upgrades and new installations
• Mentor maintenance technicians and support skill development

Qualifications / Requirements

• 7 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Preferred experience with FAM cutting equipment, Heat and Control Fryers, Finnis vegetable processing (peeling/ coring),  Ovens (Drytek, Aeroglide, IET, Casa Herrera), Seasoning Applicators (LIW, Spray Dynamic), Hapman Systems, RF ovens.
• Strong mechanical background: PLC experience required
• Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
