Village Services Concierge

Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for a Homeowner Services Concierge to assist in coordinating the needs of homeowners and that the requests are being fulfilled.  Monitor office dispatch and work orders. Assist with administrative work necessary for departmental operation: Including but not limited to answering phones, filing, typing, fielding questions, radio dispatch, restocking all inventory.

What you will do

• Monitor the arrivals and departures of homeowners
• Enter communication between homeowners, vendors and staff in the Interaction Log ensuring that log is updated with communication logs, work orders, dispatch, clean requests and any other interaction with homeowners
• Assist with vendor scheduling
• Coordinate transportation for homeowners
• Shoveling snow as necessary
• Answer phones and questions on a daily basis
• Assist the coordination of  any additional services homeowners request
• Assist with daily billing of homeowner charges if needed
• Sales of ticket and pass products to homeowners
• Sales of lesson products to homeowner’s and their guests
• Work closely with Village Services Manager with ensuring work orders and dispatch orders are fulfilled and billed in a timely fashion
• Work closely with Housekeeping Manager on scheduling of house cleans
• Provide information on services at Sugar Bowl, Lake Tahoe and the surrounding areas
