As a Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and accurately for shipment. What you’ll do
- Prepare products for shipment by selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring items are securely packed.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Label packages clearly and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Operate packaging machinery as needed, following all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking packaged items and reporting any shortages or damages.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.
Basic qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment.
- Previous logistics experience a plus (Amazon, UPS, Fedex, ECommerce)
- Ability to operate hand tools and packaging machinery safely.
