Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop management team and hourly staff to deliver excellent hospitality
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and shift execution across all departments
- Manage P&L, labor, food and beverage costs, and overall financial performance
- Drive guest satisfaction through strong service standards and problem resolution
- Implement training programs to ensure consistency in service and operations
- Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and employment regulations

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or business preferred
- 5 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
