- Assist with maintaining accurate general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account analysis, and account reconciliation.
- Support the preparation of financial reports by gathering data, performing balance sheet reconciliation, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper debits & credits are recorded in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks online,Servie Fusion, and other financial tools to input data and generate reports.
- Support payroll processing, tax experience, and governmental accounting tasks as needed.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation and assist with budgeting activities to ensure financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and maintain meticulous records for audit purposes.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Sage, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles, financial concepts, and general ledger accounting is essential.
- Strong understanding of GAAP standards, bank reconciliation procedures, and account analysis techniques is required.
- Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately and efficiently for data entry tasks.
