What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Bookkeeper position at Haggerty Munz, PLLC?
You will support the accounting department by managing essential bookkeeping tasks, such as accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, banking and funding verifications ensuring accuracy, and maintaining smooth financial processes. Part time 16-20 hours per week
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry and using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Pay: $25.35 - $27.00 per hour
