POSITION SUMMARY
This role requires strong expertise in WordPress site management, SEO, content creation, short-form video production, and digital communication. The candidate will take full ownership of a large multisite WordPress system with frequent updates and expansions.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. WORDPRESS WEBSITE MANAGEMENT (Primary Focus)
- Manage 90 pages of clinical, location, and specialty content.
- Build and update pages using Elementor or similar.
- Maintain site structure, navigation, categories, and internal linking.
- Troubleshoot site issues independently.
- Manage plugins, Cloudflare, caching, backups, and staging.
- Ensure fast loading speed, mobile optimization, and consistent branding.
2. SEO MANAGEMENT
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and alt tags.
- Improve performance, structure, and keyword targeting.
- Manage local SEO for 4 locations.
- Create and optimize landing pages.
- Track keyword rankings and SEO performance.
3. BLOG WRITING & CONTENT FORMATTING
- Write, edit, and publish weekly blog posts.
- Optimize content for SEO and readability.
- Repurpose blogs into scripts and social captions.
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION - Create branded graphics using Canva.
Support content scheduling and planning. - Maintain cross-platform consistency.
VIDEO CONTENT CREATION
- Film and edit clinician videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube. - Create DBT skill content and educational videos.
Add captions, branding, and optimized formatting.
HUBSPOT EMAIL MARKETING & NEWSLETTERS
- Build newsletters for clients and community partners.
- Create templates for admin and outreach.
Manage contact lists, segmentation, and automated workflows. - Track open rates and engagement metrics.
ANALYTICS & REPORTING
- Track performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and DIIB. - Provide monthly insights and recommendations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years managing a large WordPress website. - Strong Elementor or page builder skills.
- SEO expertise (technical, local, and on-page).
- Strong writing and editing abilities.
- Video filming and editing experience.
- Social media content experience.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Healthcare or wellness industry experience. - Canva or Adobe Express design skills.
- Experience with short-form video strategy.
- Familiarity with therapy-related content.
