Role Overview: The BSA Compliance Intern will support regulatory compliance efforts by completing required reporting, monitoring alerts, and assisting with information requests. Review documentation for accuracy and adherence to standards, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to team members.
Key Responsibilities
Qualified candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college program pursuing an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Law, or related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor OFAC screening alerts and support responses to 314(a) and 314(b) information requests.
- Review Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) documentation to ensure compliance with KYC standards.
- Communicate findings and recommended actions clearly to relevant team members.
- Support the upkeep and continuous improvement of departmental policies and procedures. Accomplishes the credit union's mission by completing relevant duties as needed when requested by management or other staff members.
