You will play a vital role in the daily operations of our company. You will be responsible for maintaining the efficient functioning of our office, the needs of our customers, and daily operations of the company staff. You will be self-motivated, take personal accountability for a high level of performance, and enjoy a fast-paced, innovative working environment.
What you will Need:
Managerial experience.
Be able to work productively independently, and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to respond to questions from all levels of the organization.
Ability to complete duties and projects with little direct supervision.
Excellent critical thinking skills.
Ability to accurately work under pressure in meeting deadlines by utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook applications.
Example of responsibilities:
Learn and implement company procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence between customers, vendors, and staff.
Maintain organized filing systems and electronic databases.
Work with vendors / suppliers to manage inventory requirements.
Oversee inventory control.
Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of company vehicles.
Projects/Assignments.
