Responsibilities

- Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal dishes.
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed, including proper sanitation practices.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, demonstrating excellent knife skills.
- Support catering events as needed, ensuring that all meals are prepared to specification.
- Provide exceptional service during meal preparation and assist in serving when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role within the food industry.
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus.
- Familiarity with menu planning and fine dining service standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
