The ideal candidate will assist the Community Association Manager in all operational aspects of the property, demonstrating superior managerial, administrative and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for all residents and resolve all service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the supervision and management of all property staff, consisting of maintenance/janitorial staff and front desk personnel, ensuring they deliver superior customer service.
- Complete A/P and A/R tasks in a timely manner.
- Fully understand and implement the building’s operational protocols and enforce rules & regulations.
- Complete additional operational tasks assigned by the Community Association Manager.
- Maintain an organized office.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of previous experience in property management, hospitality or luxury retail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Word and Excel and general computer skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Chicago and surrounding areas with a strong awareness of local businesses and local law.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
