Overview
Sud's & Snoots Dog Grooming is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist/ Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team! If you love animals, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a huge role in creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
Duties
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls and texts
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Check clients in and out
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Keep the front lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist groomers with client communication
- Recommend retail products and salon services
- Help maintain daily appointment flow
- Perform light cleaning and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling software
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to stay calm and professional during busy times
- Must be comfortable around dogs and cats of all sizes
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or veterinary/grooming experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
